The EOLIAN project’s kick-off meeting took place on 12-13 June 2024. It was hosted by the project coordinator’s Proplast at its office in Alessandria, Italy.
Representatives from the project partners Politecnico di Milano (Italy), Zorlu Holding (Turkey), IRES (Belgium), Norvento Enerxía (Spain), Tekniker (Spain), AEP Polymers (Italy), Entelea (UK) and Brunel University London (UK) joined the meeting in person and online.
The agenda included an overview of the project from project coordinator Marco Monti of Proplast and presentations from the partners introducing their organisation. The second day of the meeting featured introductions to EOLIAN’s eight Work Packages.
EOLIAN – Bio-based, repairable and recyclable vitrimer composites and advanced sensors for highly reliable, sustainable wind blades – started on 1 June 2024 and will run for 42 months.
